Diese T\u00f6ne sind zun\u00e4chst sehr leise und werden schrittweise immer lauter. Sobald der Patient die T\u00f6ne h\u00f6rt, soll er das dem Untersucher mitteilen. Auf diese Art und Weise wird die H\u00f6rschwelle festgestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Das wesentliche akustische Signal in unserer Umwelt ist die Sprache. Von der H\u00f6rschwelle, die im Tonaudiogramm bestimmt wird, l\u00e4sst sich nicht unmittelbar auf das Sprachverst\u00e4ndnis schlie\u00dfen.
