Diese Messungen werden mit Hilfe von Apparaten durchgef\u00fchrt und sind f\u00fcr das Kind vollkommen schmerzlos. Die Ger\u00e4te selbst sind allerdings relativ teuer und finden sich meist nur in den Fachabteilungen von Krankenh\u00e4usern.<\/p>\n<p>Tonaudiometrische Untersuchungen<br \/>\nAndererseits kann man bereits ab etwa dem 4.Lebensmonat tonaudiometrische Untersuchungen durchf\u00fchren. Bei den sehr jungen S\u00e4uglingen werden dabei zun\u00e4chst Reflexe und Reaktionen auf T\u00f6ne \u00fcber Lautsprecher beobachtet. Sobald die Kinder eine ausreichende Kopfkontrolle entwickelt haben, wenden sie sich der Ger\u00e4uschquelle zu. Diese Zuwendung kann noch verst\u00e4rkt werden durch eine visuelle Belohnung (z.B. mit Aufleuchten bunter L\u00e4mpchen oder \u00e4hnliches).<br \/>\nIm 2. Lebensjahr n\u00e4hert sich die Reaktionsschwelle immer mehr der H\u00f6rschwelle und damit wird das Untersuchungsergebnis immer verl\u00e4sslicher.<br \/>\nIm 3. Lebensjahr schlie\u00dflich ist eine tonaudiometrische Untersuchung \u00fcber Kopfh\u00f6rer \u2013abh\u00e4ngig vom Entwicklungsstand des Kindes- meistens schon sehr gut durchf\u00fchrbar. Mit Hilfe von einfachen Spielhandlungen (z.B. das Kind wirft ein Spielsteinchen in ein Gef\u00e4\u00df, sobald es einen Ton geh\u00f6rt hat) verl\u00e4ngert sich die Aufmerksamkeit des Kindes und es kann in deutlich mehr Frequenzen genauer gepr\u00fcft werden.<\/p>\n<p>In Zusammenschau der psychoakustischen Messungen (Reflexaudiometrie, Reaktionsaudiometrie, Spielaudiometrie) mit den physiologischen Messungen (Otoakustische Emissionen, BERA) l\u00e4sst sich letztlich sehr genau das H\u00f6rverm\u00f6gen eines Kindes bestimmen.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row margin_top=&#8220;0&#8243;
