Das hei\u00dft, dass jedes Neugeborene auf ein normales H\u00f6rverm\u00f6gen untersucht wird.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr eine normale Sprachentwicklung ist ein normales H\u00f6rverm\u00f6gen Voraussetzung. Wenn eine H\u00f6rminderung nicht rechtzeitig erkannt wird, f\u00fchrt das zu einer verz\u00f6gerten oder bei Geh\u00f6rlosigkeit bzw. hochgradiger Schwerh\u00f6rigkeit zum Ausbleiben der Sprachentwicklung.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8220;1\/3&#8243; Das Kind schl\u00e4ft idealerweise w\u00e4hrend der Untersuchung , durch Messungen \u00fcber einen kleien St\u00f6psel im Geh\u00f6rgang oder aufgeklebten Elektroden kann ein funktionierendes Geh\u00f6r nachgewiesen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Screening wird apparativ durchgef\u00fchrt entweder mittels des Nachweises von Otoakustischen Emissionen oder mittels Hirnstammaudiometrie. Beide Methoden sind f\u00fcr den S\u00e4ugling schmerzlos, idealerweise schl\u00e4ft das Kind bei der Untersuchung.<\/p>\n<p>Sollte das Screening wiederholt auff\u00e4llig sein, wird eine weiterf\u00fchrende H\u00f6rabkl\u00e4rung an einem (Zentrum f\u00fcr kindliche Schwerh\u00f6rigkeit) p\u00e4daudiologischen Zentrum empfohlen.
