Die Geh\u00f6rkn\u00f6chelchen leiten die Schwingungen des Trommelfells an das kn\u00f6cherne Innenohr.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen von \u2013 meist viralen \u2013 Infekten des Nasenrachens und der Nase kommt es \u00fcber die eustachische R\u00f6hre (Verbindung zwischen Nasenrachen und Mittelohr) zur Bildung von Sekret im Mittelohr.<br \/>\nBei Kindern ist oft eine Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung der Rachenmandeln (Adenoide) die Ursache.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8220;1\/3&#8243; animation=&#8220;&#8220;][vc_empty_space height=&#8220;16px&#8220;][vc_column_text]<strong>Typische Beschwerden<\/strong><br \/>\nIm Rahmen eines Schnupfens f\u00fchlen Sie ein Druckgef\u00fchl im Ohr mit Schwerh\u00f6rigkeit, Sie h\u00f6ren ein \u201eQuatschen\u201c im Ohr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Untersuchung<\/strong><br \/>\nMit dem Stirnlicht oder dem Ohrmikroskop kann der HNO-Arzt das Sekret durch das Trommelfell hindurch sehen, manchmal ist das Trommelfell auch verdickt und undurchsichtig.<br \/>\nDurch ein Tympanogramm kann der HNO-Arzt feststellen, ob das Mittelohr lufth\u00e4ltig ist. Es wird dabei ein kleiner St\u00f6psel ins Ohr gesteckt, dann erfolgt ein Druck im Geh\u00f6rgang.
