Gesichts- und Kopfschmerzen \u00fcber den betroffenen Nebenh\u00f6hlen<br \/>\n&#8211; Beim B\u00fccken Verst\u00e4rkung der Kopfschmerzen<br \/>\n&#8211; Das Nasensekret ist farblos bis eitrig<br \/>\n&#8211; Das Sekret aus den Nasennebenh\u00f6hleneing\u00e4ngen kann damit sichtbar werden.<\/p>\n<p>Manchmal erfolgt ein Nasennebenh\u00f6hlen-R\u00f6ntgen oder eine Computertomographie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Behandlung<\/strong><br \/>\nDas Wichtigste ist, den Abfluss des Sekretes aus den Nebenh\u00f6hlen zu erm\u00f6glichen durch:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Abschwellende Nasentropfen mehrmals t\u00e4glich<br \/>\n\u2022 Naseneinlagen mit abschwellenden Substanzen<br \/>\n\u2022 W\u00e4rmeanwendung<br \/>\n\u2022 Bei eitriger Sekretion Antibiotikatherapie<\/p>\n<p>Bei Fortbestehen der Entz\u00fcndung:<br \/>\n\u2022 eventuell Kieferh\u00f6hlenpunktion oder eine Nasennebenh\u00f6hlenoperation (NNH)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Achtung: Nicht jedes Antibiotikum wirkt bei jeder bakteriellen Infektion! Keine Selbsttherapie ohne Verschreibung durch einen Arzt!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Komplikationen<\/strong><br \/>\nSchwerwiegend ist die Fortleitung der Entz\u00fcndung in die Augenh\u00f6hle mit Absze\u00dfbildung (Schwellung und R\u00f6tung der Lider), sie tritt h\u00e4ufiger bei kleinen Kindern auf.
