<\/strong><br \/>\nEs wird &#8211; bei Kindern in Vollnarkose, bei Erwachsenen in Lokalan\u00e4sthesie- unter einem Ohrmikroskop ein kleiner Schnitt ins Trommelfell gemacht und das Sekret aus dem Mittelohr abgesaugt. In manchen F\u00e4llen muss zus\u00e4tzlich ein Metallr\u00f6hrchen in den Schnitt eingelegt werden, um das Mittelohr von au\u00dfen zu bel\u00fcften.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Welche Beschwerden hat der Patient nach der Operation?<\/strong><br \/>\nIn den ersten Stunden nach der Operation kann eine leichte Blutung aus dem Geh\u00f6rgang auftreten. Schmerzen treten \u00e4u\u00dferst selten auf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nachkontrollen<\/strong><br \/>\nBei eingelegtem R\u00f6hrchen wird der Sitz des R\u00f6hrchens vom HNO-Arzt regelm\u00e4\u00dfig kontrolliert. Das R\u00f6hrchen f\u00e4llt in den allermeisten F\u00e4llen von selbst aus dem Trommelfell und kann vom HNO-Arzt entfernt werden. Manchmal f\u00e4llt es ganz aus dem Ohr hinaus, ohne bemerkt zu werden.
