Die Nasenscheidewand wird begradigt \u2013 Septumoperation (Nasenscheidewandkorrektur)<br \/>\nBei Defiziten an Knorpel oder Knochen kann eine Transplantation von Ohrknorpel, Rippenknorpel, Beckenknochen oder speziellen Kunststofftransplantaten n\u00f6tig sein.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Operation ist die Nase tamponiert und meist ein st\u00fctzender Verband am Nasenr\u00fccken. Die Augen sind oft geschwollen und bl\u00e4ulich verf\u00e4rbt. Nach Entfernung der Tamponade besteht ein Art Schnupfen, die Nasenschleimhaut ist oft geschwollen und neigt zur Krustenbildung.
