animation=&#8220;&#8220;][vc_column_text]<strong>Computertomographie<\/strong> des Ohres zur Erfassung des Ausma\u00dfes der Entz\u00fcndung.<br \/>\nTonaudiogramm &#8211; Sprachaudiogramm<br \/>\nManchmal ist ein bakteriologischer Abstrich n\u00f6tig.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Eindringen von Wasser in den Geh\u00f6rgang ist eine direkte Infektion der Mittelohrschleimhaut m\u00f6glich \u2013 das Ohr ist unbedingt <b>trocken<\/b> zu halten!<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcblicherweise ist das Loch im Trommelfell zentral gelegen (chronische Schleimhauteiterung), bei einer speziellen Form der chronischen Mittelohrentz\u00fcndung, dem <b>Cholesteatom<\/b> (chronische Knocheneiterung) ist das Loch randst\u00e4ndig und die Entz\u00fcndung f\u00fchrt zu einer fortschreitenden Zerst\u00f6rung des umliegenden Knochens.
